- Experience of UK and international shipping
- Ability to communicate effectively with Directors on a daily and weekly basis.

Warehouse and Post Room Supervisor Requirements:

- Previous experience as a warehouse and post room supervisor - Team Leader/Supervisor

qualifications are ideal.
- Valid Forklift Operator Licence is desirable
- Working experience and knowledge of Storefeeder
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills - experience of running a team of 10+ people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Excellent punctuality and compliance to Company procedures, rules and regulations
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail in inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management or transport management

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (40hrs)

Saturdays between mid-November and end of December (overtime shifts)
