**About The Role**:

EKC Group has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer to join our team.
As a Recruitment Officer, you will join our busy team, providing an exceptional recruitment service to potential learners and stakeholders. You will be responsible for meeting recruitment targets for Apprenticeships, Traineeships and other work based training, whilst Maintaining and developing business relationships. You will support employers with advice and guidance on funding and training opportunities.
What does a typical day look like?
- You will attend careers fairs, Job centre events, breakfast networking events and open evenings
- You'll support the operations team with student apprentice enrolment
Travel will be required across our college sites and to external stakeholders.
