We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team on a secondment until June 2025. As a member of our Recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth, and timely manner.
You will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing specialist guidance and advice at various stages of the recruitment process. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting key recruitment projects, enabling the recruitment team to deliver high-volume, quality, and streamlined recruitment services.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent ICT skills, previous experience of working in a busy customer-focused environment, ideally in recruitment, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
The team is currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% being spent on-site in Canterbury, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.
Key Responsibilities- Support hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process and advise them throughout the process to minimise delays.
- Prepare and send out recruitment correspondence for interviews via Trac.
