Recruitment Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Recruitment Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional recruitment service to potential learners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet recruitment targets for Apprenticeships and other work-based training
- Maintain and develop business relationships with employers
- Support employers with advice and guidance on funding and training opportunities
- Travel to college sites and external stakeholders

About You
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results for their customers. You will have experience in sales or recruitment and account management, and a strong understanding of Apprenticeships and how they work.
