EKC Group is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and meeting the recruitment and training needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure sales targets are achieved by providing an exceptional professional service to clients.
- Understand Apprenticeships and their application in the workplace.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales and recruitment team to identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or account management.
- Strong understanding of Apprenticeships and their benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
