Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and communicating top talent for our clients' most critical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into our company database for future reference
- Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
- Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
- Achieving recruitment sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives
- Managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process
- Producing and posting job adverts to help attract relevant candidates
- Producing and posting LinkedIn content to help establish your personal and ARTO's brand
