Key Responsibilities
  • Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into our company database for future reference
  • Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
  • Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
  • Achieving recruitment sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives
  • Managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process
  • Producing and posting job adverts to help attract relevant candidates
  • Producing and posting LinkedIn content to help establish your personal and ARTO's brand
