Planning Administrator

Job Introduction
This is a rare opportunity for a** PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR** professional to support our teams on the night shift.
You will be working **4on 4off 1800 - 0600**
The hourly rate is **£13.50ph + 10% night shift allowance between 10pm - 6am**
Main Responsibilities
- Updating Supply Chain Dashboards.
- Communications internally on Planning Issues & CSL between Despatch, Planning and Ops, tweaking plans as a result, answering packaging and ingredients stock issues.
- Planning handovers/am team prep
- Adjusting/amending any Planning PO’s through the night
- Planning (training provided)
- Other Supply Chain Admin Tasks.
- Interacting on the floor with operations, Intake, and despatch teams.
- Attending site meetings through the night.
- Provisional Service reports for external parties.
Thetford site experience essential. Good communicator.
