**Executive Assistant to the Director of People & Culture**:
**Interview date is expected to be Tuesday 26 or Thursday 28 September**

**Grade 6 (£30,487 - £36,024 p.a. depending on experience)**

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

**Are you looking for a challenging and varied role supporting a professional management team? Do you have substantial experience working as an Executive/Personal Assistant at a senior level? **Do you have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels?**

You will have substantial experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant to a senior director and hold excellent digital, secretarial, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have high political acumen and be able to deal effectively with complex situations and liaise with a wide range of people. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Being discreet and diplomatic is a key part of this role as you will be dealing with confidential and sensitive information on a daily basis.

Handling an array of information is vital and as such, you will be highly organised, focussed on efficiency and have a strong sense of assessing priorities. Some work requires independent decision making, while other areas need teamwork and collaboration and you will be equally comfortable working in either situation. This role is busy and fast-paced. You will need to be reactive, have initiative, and respond intelligently and appropriately to requests. You will need strong personal resilience, be able to operate effectively with high values of work and deliver to tight deadlines.
