The regular office hours are 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 - 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.

Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.

**Role**:
This Marketing role will drive brand and profit delivery for Honda UK Sales and Aftersales Automobile business.

You will support the Honda UK Automobile online customer experience and user journey across honda.co.uk and Engine Room to drive a maximised volume of quality traffic with continuously improving conversion rates and ROI.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the delivery of annual strategic plans which deliver against the Honda mid-term direction and commercial requirements of the Automobile business.
- Responsible for all Honda UK website updates and enhancements to ensure website is functioning, accurate, and optimised at all times.
- Plan and implement the promotion of product launches, tactical campaigns, brand and product awareness initiatives on Honda websites.
- You should have a full understanding of how people search for products and actively review trends and research to inform decision making.
- Implement testing procedures of key word choices to easily adapt elements when reviewing results.
- Optimise, test and validate new and existing customer online journeys from organic and paid sources through to our websites and to dealer showrooms.
- Identify any gaps or opportunities that exist in the online journey, devise and test changes for successful roll out to improve conversion rates.
- Design and produce web pages for Honda websites, working with the Content Manager on what digital content is required, ensuring clear requirements to ensure ROI is achieved.
- Work with colleagues within UK and Europe to deliver the any European wide programmes, by setting, reviewing and reporting on KPI’s to deliver success.
- Consider current and future customer journey needs and support Honda in the development of future retailing models. Bring innovations and fresh thinking to our digital landscape.
- Lead positive collaborative relationships working within an agency structure. Pushing for innovation and forward thinking to deliver success.
- Support the relationship with our European Head Office on websites, ensure the needs of the UK market are shared and represented in centralised production and timings.
- Be a strong team player in the wider Automobile marketing team, to deliver customer focused campaigns and initiatives to ensure a seamless customer journey across multiple channels,
- Support the governance and reporting of the Honda UK websites, activity and budget. Continually review and optimise performance against KPI’s
- Always consider the extension of websites, to our Dealer network, working with the Dealer Marketing Manager and Dealer representatives to develop strategies that assist in delivery of dealer volume targets
- When required, support the equivalent Marketing team in other product divisions with best practice, holiday and absence cover.

**Qualifications, skills and experience: Required/Desirable**
**Required**
- Experience in the management of CMS platforms - being able to update and edit on a daily basis..
- Proven track record in project management, from conception to delivery
- A strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy & best practice
- Experience working with Google Analytics & SEO
- Financially and commercially astute with previous experience of budget management.
- Team Focused, working collectively with other areas of the marketing/comms team is critical.

**Desirable**
- A knowledge of CQ5 would be advantageous
