Administration Coordinator

This is an exciting and interesting role in which the post holder will support our busy clinical teams and operational managers to develop and embed efficient and effective administrative processes across all functions.

They will work with teams to ensure the effective use of the administration resource across the division, this includes supporting the Integrated Community Care Teams and Frailty Support teams. This will require regular travel across the division.

Functions the administration team supports includes recruitment, new staff 'onboarding', equipment ordering and monitoring, asset register upkeep, absence management and rosters, supplies ordering, booking venues, record keeping, organising meetings and minute taking, etc. They will have the opportunity to undertake service improvement projects and make a real difference to the experience of patients accessing our services.
