Office Administrator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and good phone etiquette.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangement.
- Processing Purchase Orders - Adding to the system, printing and collating ready to go to manufacturing and processing ready for despatch.
- Generating customer invoices and associated documentation.
- Sending monthly statements to clients.
- Liaising with couriers.
- Work with our CRM/ERP System.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Computerise information for easy access and retrieval.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience with our CRM/ERP Systems.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with Xero for basic bookkeeping tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time.
- Monday to Friday.
- Early 1pm finish on Friday.
- On-Site Parking.
