**Fantastic opportunity to join our small and friendly team of Mortgage and Financial Advisers to help with the day to day running of the office.**

**You must be able to commute easily to Lymington SO41.**

There is plenty of scope to gain further qualifications after the initial Advanced Business Administrator Level 3 course.

**We need someone who is passionate about customer service and has drive to succeed and progress in the role. We offer amazing support and training along they way. You will need great IT and communication skills and be a confident team player that shows initiative to get the job done.**

Our last Apprentice went on do Ce-Map Level 3 and is now a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser

**We are very customer focussed so building great relationships with customers and clients is vital in this role.**

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Support: The apprentice will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.

Client Communication: They may be involved in communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance with inquiries, under the guidance of senior staff.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client information, transactions, and other pertinent data is crucial. The apprentice will likely be responsible for updating and managing these records.

Learning Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and adhering to regulatory requirements is essential in the financial services industry.

The apprentice will likely receive training on compliance procedures and assist in ensuring the company activities comply with relevant regulations.

Office Management: They may help in managing office supplies, organizing meetings, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.

Learning and Development: As an apprentice, they will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of the mortgage and protection business, the financial advisory business and customer service.

Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other team members to support the company's goals and objectives will be an important aspect of the apprentices role.

**Working Hours**

**Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour break)**

**35 hours/week**

**Wage**

**£6.40/hour**

**This is an apprenticeship role where you will be paid in line with apprenticeship wage for the first 12 months of your employment. Your apprenticeship will take 18 months to complete. All your training will be online or in the workplace.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: £224.00 per week
