After completing your training in the office in Swindon, this role is then hybrid working, allowing you the flexibility to work from home two days a week.

You will be contracted to work 36 hours per week, working in shifts with start and end times between 8am - 8pm to suit yours and the company’s needs. This will include 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (working to 1.00pm) with a day off given in lieu during the week

**Your day as Customer Service Advisor will look like**:

- Working in the fun and fast paced contact centre to provide great customer care.
- Working closely as a team, building great relationships with your colleagues along the way.
