My client, a dynamic and progressive award winning company based in Loughton, is looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a new role due to company growth and is a fantastic opportunity for someone whois looking for a career within a progressive business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the company stock system, daily monitoring of all stock movements
- Managing and monitoring the up to date valuations of stock
- Producing weekly stock reports to the Directors and Financial Controller
- Making weekly accruals for stock which has not been invoiced by suppliers
- Assisting with quarterly stock takes alongside the Directors and Warehouse Managers
- Operating IT system for the production of stock reports, sales reports, gross profit reports and all other commercial reporting required by the Directors
- Commercial administration and providing support to the commercial department
- Raising purchase and sales contracts
- Producing manufacturing reconciliations
- Assisting with the production of valuation reports to suppliers
- Assisting with invoicing
- Working alongside the accounts department to provide the reporting requirements from a stock, sales and purchasing perspective

Skills & experience required:

- Strong administration skills and a good knowledge of Ms Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, proactive and able to work on own initiative
