**Job Description - **_**Equipment & Property Coordinator**_

**Hours**: _Monday to Friday; 09.00 - 17.00 with a 1-hour lunch break_

**Salary**: 22,000-24,000

**Location**:Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

**Holiday**: 22 days per year, plus statutory holidays rising by 1 day per year after 2.5 years of continuous service to a maximum of 26.

**Key job tasks**:

- Insurance - Dealing with Insurance claims both Motor Trade and minor personal injuries, recording claims on Freshdesk and liaising with our insurance brokers.
- Processing and analysis of monthly phone bill.
- Processing & analysing utility invoices and raising BACS payment.
- Arranging staff car hire.
- Nightly electricity analysis.
- Part of the Reception rota (answering calls and letting in visitors).
- Assisting team with petty cash & credit card payments.
- Obtain monthly meter reads for Gas/ Electric across a handful of centres.
- Compiling weekly packs for management.
- Ordering weekly office shopping supplies.
- Other ad hoc duties

**Other Job Responsibilities**:

- Phone Rota
- Sending banking supplies to centres.
- Sending letters for other departments within head office.
- To assist within other departments when requested.

The role reports directly to the Team Leader.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
