**Salary**: £45,000 per annum dependant on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Help run our phishing simulation programme, ensuring that we regularly test all staff across BAE Plc with suitable and realistic scenarios. Monitor the results and use these to inform the wider education and awareness programme. Ensure that the repeat clickers receive targeted support and, if necessary, liaise with HR and line managers to address their behaviour
- Support the development of a programme of employee cyber security training appropriate for the skills, culture and geography of the staff. Ensure the content is creative, innovative and engaging, leverages existing resources within the business, and supports existing cyber security awareness initiatives where appropriate
- Employee engagement and comms - assist in developing a programme of cyber security employee engagement activities, ensuring oversight and consistency/effectiveness of messaging
- Work with our communications teams and the business units to effectively deliver cyber security training and supporting comms. Work with the business units on their local engagement activities to ensure alignment. Look for opportunities for external collaboration to partner on events or activities as well as to share ideas and best practice.

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Experience of working in cyber security or a related field
- Experience in marketing, staff engagement, comms, or similar
- Experience of delivering change programmes at scale and writing and delivering plans and training needs analysis
- Awareness of and interest in trends in cyber security and digital transformation.

**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in a complex, multi-site, federated organisation
- Cyber Security certification or accreditation (CISM, CISSP etc.) desirable but not required
