We are looking for a passionate Client Excellence Assistant to join our expanding Client Excellence Hub. Based in our head office in North End this role will relocate to our new office at Lake House, Port Solent in May.

**Role Responsibilities**

As a Client Excellence Assistant you will be responsible for:

- Handling all incoming telephone calls with no undue delay and in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
- Processing payments from clients.
- Welcoming visitors to the building in a polite, helpful, friendly and professional manner, booking them into and out of the building.
- Working with other members of the team and provide assistance to staff and clients on rotation with other team members across two reception areas.
- Scanning and photocopying of documents and distributing to staff across all Biscoes offices as required.
- Ensuring the reception and meeting room areas are immaculately kept at all
- times.

**Job Requirements**
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Be well presented, punctual, confident and self motivated.
- Have excellent IT and administrative skills; having a good working knowledge of Microsoft IT products eg Word, Excel and SharePoint.
- Be able to use their own initiative but understand the role of teamwork in providing a quality service.
- Be detail focussed.
- Be able to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

There are no qualifications or prior legal experience required for this role.
