**HR Coordinator**

We are recruiting for a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis for our Shrewsbury based client. This is an ideal opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in a small people-focused team where you will gain exposure to all areas of HR. Or you mayalready have some exposure to HR and would like to develop your skills with hands on experience.

Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you'll able to deal with ambiguity and show resilience in ever-evolving landscape of this fast paced business. You'll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, employee relations and champion the values throughoutthe business.

**As a HR Coordinator, you will need to have/be**:

- You have or are working towards CIPD Level 3 qualification
- You're meticulously organised and can find ways to improve processes to maximise efficiency
- You can deal with ambiguity and manage your time well, working on your own initiative and a proactive approach
- You'll be confident working at pace without compromising on quality
- You use learning techniques, soft skills and lead by example to inject new ways of thinking wherever needed and you're not adverse to trying new things in order to deliver the best possible service

**Details**:

- Salary: £25, 000 - £32, 000 depending on experience
- Working Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. Hybrid, 3 days in the office per week
- Location: Shrewsbury
- Duration: Permanent

**Role of HR Coordinator**:

- Administering and organising of the company benefits package
- Management of the People system and files ensuring our data is always compliant, accurate and up-to-date
- Becoming an expert in the core values to help them hire to them and therefore uphold and enhance our culture
- Supporting and guiding Managers and colleagues on policies, procedures and employee relations queries
- Actively contribute to initiatives and projects such as DE&I, early careers, employee engagement, learning and development programmes
- Communicating the HR frameworks to the business - this is a real opportunity to put your stamp on how they bring the HR experience at the company to life
