Jensten Group are recruiting an Internal Communications specialist to join the growing marketing team. This is a newly created role whereby you will be responsible for developing and delivering an internal communications strategy that supports Jensten's vision, values, and growth plans.

You will coordinate the annual communications calendar, supporting senior leaders to create impactful messaging, and making full use of a range of channels to communicate with employees.

Key accountabilities:

- Develop and execute the internal comms strategy. Working with Senior Leaders to develop an internal communications strategy which identifies and refines the key business messages to share with employees.
- Support the People and Culture agenda by assisting on staff engagement initiatives.
- Ensure information about acquired businesses is shared internally, and colleagues are equipped to welcome new teams, facilitating meetings where required.
- Own the Jensten Hub (our intranet). Working with developers to build new functionality as required by the business
- Promote a collaborative working environment, supporting initiatives which enable colleagues to work together, across functions and trading areas, to achieve more.
