**Contract - 6 months**

**£250-400 per day (inside IR35)**

Urgent requirement for an Internal Communications Co-Ordinator to work closely with the Head of Communications and be responsible for developing and delivering internal communications and engagement strategies. The aim is to help our customer to:

- Drive-up staff engagement
- Support organisational change objectives
- Ensure people have information to be able to conduct their work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementing the internal communications and engagement strategy, by delivering high-quality creative and engaging campaigns.
- Developing stand-alone communications strategies and campaigns.
- Reviewing and where necessary re-developing the internal communications and infrastructure (tools, channels, processes).
- Organising key staff events.
- Working with digital and IT colleagues to ensure the intranet is maintained.

Skills & Experience:

- First-rate communication and copywriting skills and the ability to set standards for communication, ensuring appropriate content, messaging, tone and consistency.
- Ability to translate technical language into user-friendly communication.
- Experience of working in change/transformation environments, with the ability to be the voice of the 'User'.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement communication strategies and campaign plans.
- Experience in designing, organising and coordinating large-scale corporate events

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £250.00-£400.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
