**Administrative Assistant**

As an Administrative Support at AGL, a modern audio-tech Company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative tasks within the organization. You will provide comprehensive support to various departments and individuals, assisting with administrative duties, office management, and coordination of activities. Your role will contribute to maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Assistance: Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing documents and files.

Office Management: Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs. Keep the office environment tidy and organized.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems. Maintain records and files, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, handle registrations, and provide on-site support when necessary.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Collect and compile data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Support to Management and Team: Assist managers and team members with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, preparing meeting materials, and conducting research as needed.

Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles or similar positions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of audio equipment or the audio industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
