We are looking for Intelligent Enterprise Institute Business Support (Graduate) to support SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Institute team with the marketing and communications activities.

What you'll do in this temporary, fixed-term role?

The activities include but may not be limited to the following:

- Support both internal and external communications and marketing of the Intelligent Enterprise Institute of SAP Customer Success Services, including social media and other channels
- Support the delivery of training and customer workshops by creating assets and supporting the execution
- Creation of video and media assets for campaigns
- General business-as-usual support of Institute activities and management

What you bring:

- High motivation
- Very well-versed with all aspects of communications (with different stakeholders and through different channels)
- Very good working knowledge of the related tools
- Very good written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in multicultural teams
- Creative skills for designing effective communications
- Good knowledge and understanding of social media and digital marketing - being able to work from cencept to execution
- Confident user of the MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and social media platforms
- Taking ownership of own deliverables, including follow up to completion and feedback
