**Location**: Sheffield - Hybrid working. 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
**Salary**: £23,497.50
**Type**: Full-time, permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, covering Monday - Friday on rotating shifts between 8am - 6pm
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally, ensuring all issues are logged and resolved to meet agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries, providing technical support and assistance throughout their contract lifetime.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to advise and enhance the customer experience.
- Process advert requests and queries, demonstrating a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Education and Experience RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in customer communication, demonstrating strong comprehension and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take initiative.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM systems and IT literacy.
