We have a brand-new and exciting position with our Global Banking and Financial Services company for a **TECHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGER**.

We are looking for a highly skilled technical delivery manager to join our growing M365 program team. You will be responsible for managing technical delivery workstreams within our M365 Program under the guidance of our program management team.

The role includes responsibility for project governance, planning and delivery. This is both a business and technical project management role, so a good understanding of technology and business transformation is preferred but successful and proven projectdelivery in a large and complex organisation is essential. As the Bank embarks on its M365 journey across the Global organisation the portfolio of projects is very high visibility and will require an agile delivery methodology to provide iterative deliverablesto achieve our end goal.

Reporting into the M365 Program Manager you will be part of a team of highly driven and delivery focused individuals. You will be a self-starter with excellent project management knowledge and experience gained in a technical project management environment.Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, highly regulated organisation where creative thinking is essential to meet our business needs while meeting our regulatory requirements to the highest standard.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- End-to-End project lifecycle management on a global scale as well as management of technical resources and vendors
- Working in a fast paced Agile environment you will be able to manage projects to tight timescales and deliver on time and to budget
- Focusing on the end user experience of the end-to-end delivery is paramount
- Agile delivery of projects
- Capture user requirements and work with the engineering team to turn them into clear actionable user-stories and deliverables
- Managing and maintaining governance routines, budgets and plans to a high standard
- Delivery of management reporting and status updates to all levels of senior leadership

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Extensive project management experience within technical environment (minimum 5 years)
- Experience of working with a range of technical teams of multi discipline and vendor
- Matrix management of global teams
- Presenting and Influencing stakeholders at all levels to drive delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation creation and delivery
- Experience in Agile delivery (SCRUM), backlog creation and iterative delivery
- Ability to produce and maintain high quality plans, action logs, risk trackers, etc.
- Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent)
