HR Assistant

We are looking for someone who has proven work experience as an HR Assistant or similar role in a busy work environment.
Also they have a good working knowledge of MS Office, with strong Excel and Word skills, ability to accurately analyse data and be detail focused.
The hours of work are 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with some flexibility around start and finish times. - office based.
The main duties and responsibilities:
- Undertake all HR Administration associated with the employment life cycle for salaried employees
- Work with recruiting mangers and functional support stakeholders to deliver on-boarding programmes for all new salaried starters
- Take responsibility and ownership for producing Group and local UK KPI reporting in respect of key HR metrics
- Responsible for administration and championing of employee benefits and rewards (including annual renewal processes)
- Create and maintain records for all salaried employees' personnel files
- Undertake role of Right to Work system administrator
- Update Company organisation charts
- Undertake regular audits of HR files to ensure compliance with employment law and company policies
- Undertake HR Audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Raise purchase orders and track requisitions / invoices / spend
- Any other administrative activities associated with the HR function
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time by the HR team members and/or the Board of Management.
