- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written English communication skills (spelling, grammar, and

- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise own work.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including MS Office Suite and database management.
- Proven work experience as a Church Administrator or similar role.
- Ability to handle stress and problem solving
- Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information
**Qualifications**
- A Degree in Business Administration and experience within a similar role
- 5 years’ administration experience of working in a church or in a similar setting. (Full induction training will be provided to help familiarise with the organisational culture)
**The Role will involve but not limited to**:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the church, ensuring the smooth
running of daily operations.
- Updating HR documents and staff records.
- Record management of employees
- Creating statistical reports
- Maintaining records and supplies, and coordinating and planning
- church events.
- Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and processing financial
transactions, oversee payrolls, track and record
church income from internal and external donations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the congregation and
- Community.
- Supporting Project teams
- Prepare and distribute official documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist in organising meetings, events, and appointments, including coordinating
schedules and booking venues and renting church equipment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure
timely completion of tasks overseeing building usage.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative procedures
and policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 24 months
