As a key player in supporting the People Development Operational Plan and the Learning Suite within the OSB group, your focus will be on embedding best practices related to the OSB group Training & Competence scheme. What you will be doing:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support of the People Development Operational Plan and Learning Suite within OSB group, with specific emphasis on embedding and coaching best practice relating to OSB Fit to Practice (T&C) scheme. Delivered by way of; the design and delivery of a range of learning activities, stakeholder management, learning contracting, coaching and follow up support on any related learning activities to individuals as identified by the Group Head of People Development.

Your responsibilities will include
- Provide 1:1 coaching for Line Mangers, Team Leaders and team Members where required
- Design of Fit to Practice element of Regulatory Induction
- Design and delivery of Regulated content using a blended learning approach.
- Supporting core training intervention delivery as appropriate; i.e. role specific Inductions, Systems Training and L&D soft skills
- Effective Stakeholder Engagement and Learning Consultancy to develop Training Request Form (TRF) and gain sign off
- Create Training Approach Document (TAD) and/or Design Strategy to gain sign off as required under the People Development Learning Cycle process
- Demonstrate an appreciation of cost and financial minded management of our People Development Budget for learning design and delivery

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £30,000 - £35,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

- Robust knowledge of best practice techniques to undertake effective TNA’s (Training Needs Analysis) is essential
- Specialist knowledge of the Training Cycle is essential
- Specialist knowledge of the best practice techniques required to design and deliver inspiring, engaging and effective workshops or briefings to all employees is essential
