Lettings Consultant

We are looking for a dedicated Lettings Consultant to join our Move South - Your Move team in Chatham, Kent. As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for facilitating the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Showcasing available properties to tenants
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with all clients, including landlords and tenants
• Providing full training in lettings and property management
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in lettings or property is desirable, but full training will be provided
• Full UK driving license is essential
