HR Finance Co-ordinator

**Your new role**
We have a new exciting opportunity for a HR Finance Coordinator to join the team
Working as part of HR Shared Services in supporting the HR Directorate, you will be undertaking financial activity including stakeholder management internal and externally and ensuring all contracted and agreed work is invoiced, billed, balanced accrued and paid on time.
**What you'll be leading on**
- Management and monthly processing/transacting of multiple invoices, budgets and accruals working closely with the HR Team.
- Proactively liaising with finance to ensure all monthly financial requirements are actioned and processed e.g. invoices, to ensure that all activities are completed in line with the financial cycle.
- Working with stakeholders in Commercial and Procurement to manage suppliers within the financial system and maintain HR records.
- Confirm all bookings/delivery of learning against agreed price rates and then manage accordingly.
- Own the process of recording, reporting and presenting budgetary spend and forecasting of future activities in line with the financial calendar for each area of HR, along with PIN management.
**To be successful you’ll need**
- Knowledge of completing supplier statement reconciliations.
- Strong Accounts Payable experience ideally within a Group / matrix organisation.
- Experience in automated PO processing would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
