Eclypse Recruitment are recruiting for a Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager for an Elderly Frail Nursing Home in Chorley, Lancashire.

The Home caters for Elderly Frail residents on a daily basis. They are looking for a strong leader to come into the home who is willing and motivated to achieve high levels of standards to continue to provide high levels of standards and care.
**You will need to be a Registered Nurse**, My client is open to Registered General and Registered Mental Health Nurse qualified, dependant on skill set. You will need to have experience working with and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly.

You will need to have some experience in leadership and are able to run the home in the absence of the Home Manager during the day. There is a split with supernumerary hours; this is a brilliant role for a Deputy Manager that still wants to be 'hands on'building relationships with residents with the extension of having management duties on one shift per week.

My client is offering the Nurse qualified Deputy Manager**£19.20 per hour** working 38.5 hours a week. This would equate to circa £38,500 per annum.
