Do you enjoy providing an excellent client experience by providing administrative support? Due to a huge period of growth within BSI, we're looking for a
_Client Support Administrator_ to join our existing team and support BSI internal and external clients and colleagues.

The
_Client Support Administrator_ will be responsible for:
- Supporting all business administration activities of managing clients and any client queries- Processing both internal and external client queries- Working collaboratively across BSI to ensure a prompt and thorough investigation, into dissatisfied queries- Ensuring BSI systems are accurately maintained with relevant data and information from our clients and that this is shared with the delivery team- Handling all incoming calls from external and internal clients in an effective manner, ensuring that the BSI Client First principles are maintained at all times- Actively contacting our clients to resolve client requests

To be successful in the role, you should possess the following:
- Experience working in a client services/client facing role-
- Strong client focus- Good attention to detail- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels- Able to multi-task- Strong negotiation and influencing skills- Proactive problem solver
