Client Support Executive

As a Client Support Executive, you will be working closely with our account management team to manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to employee benefits and rewards clients. Your primary objective will be to support the account team in achieving targeted levels of GP in respect of assigned accounts, while also retaining the existing client base in line with company objectives.
You will be required to produce MI and ad hoc reporting using Microsoft Office packages as needed. Additionally, you will analyze and review your reporting, highlighting any patterns or concerns to your Account Manager. A successful candidate should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is desirable.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum. We offer a hybrid working arrangement from our Milton Keynes office and value diversity and uniqueness in our company culture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reconciliation and debt control.
- Support the Account Team with participant queries; covering inboxes, hotlines, voicemails and any ad hoc tasks as required.
- Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience.
