**What are you looking for?**
Do you enjoy providing an excellent client experience by providing administrative support? Due to a huge period of growth within BSI, we're looking for a _**Client Support Administrator**_ to join our existing team and support BSI internal and external clients and colleagues.
The _**Client Support Administrator**_will be responsible for:
- Supporting all business administration activities of managing clients and any client queries
- Processing both internal and external client queries
- Working collaboratively across BSI to ensure a prompt and thorough investigation, into dissatisfied queries
- Ensuring BSI systems are accurately maintained with relevant data and information from our clients and that this is shared with the delivery team
- Handling all incoming calls from external and internal clients in an effective manner, ensuring that the BSI Client First principles are maintained at all times
- Actively contacting our clients to resolve client requests
**To be successful in the role, you should possess the following**:
- Experience working in a client services/client facing role
- Strong client focus
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Able to multi-task
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Proactive problem solver

Pay: Up to £24,500.00 per year
