**About The Role**:
The operational quality team are looking for a Quality Assurance Investigator. This is a 12month contract based on site at Bespak King’s Lynn covering a 40 hour week, on a day shift basis. You will benefit from 28 days leave plus bank holidays, 8% company pension contribution to employees 3%, onsite parking and private medical + dental insurance.

As a Quality Insurance Investigator, you will work with our MDI valves manufacturing team to manage day to day non-conformances. You will be the internal point of contact for those containment and corrective activities, ensuring that business and customer specific requirements are understood and complied with. You will also investigate and administer customer / supplier complaints, ensuring that investigations are thoroughly documented, and reports are completed within the required timeframe. Where root cause analysis is required, you will be expected to facilitate these events, managing them using appropriate tools and engaging stakeholders to support.

**As a Quality Assurance Investigator your duties will include**:

- Assessment and investigation of internal and supplier non conformances
- Act as the lead for any containment, correction, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Identification and implementation of potential improvements for manufacturing and quality processes
- Assess, investigate and report customer complaints
- Drive and complete QA improvement projects
- Use a risk/data based approach in decision making

**Quality Assurance Investigator key skills and experience**:

- Educated to GCSE level grade or equivalent.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Problem-solving tools and techniques experience.
- Experience in report writing and data analysis.
