Working for a highly successful recruitment consultancy in Leatherhead, this is a varied role where you will be providing support to a team of consultants.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Typing CV’s and advertising job roles across four job boards
- Monitoring and ordering supplies for the office / kitchen
- Renewal of supplier agreements, gathering all information and presenting to the Directors
- Maintaining the company website - removing out of date vacancies
- Updating window display and leaflets weekly with new roles
- Updating reports and sales figures using Excel
- Calculating monthly commissions for consultants
- Maintaining sickness and holiday records for office staff
- Assisting the Director with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Temporary payroll administration - working closely with external payroll provider
- Handling queries from temporary workers
- Creating invoices using Xero
- Working closely with the Director

**Person Specification**:

- Previous office administration experience is essential.
- Previous experience of working within a recruitment consultancy is preferred
- Must have good working knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Xero or a similar accounting package would be an advantage
- Confident with figures, must have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to constantly prioritise and multi-task

**Additional Information**:

- Based in Leatherhead
- 11-month maternity contract (starting March 2023)
- Part time hours - approx. 22 per week (can be flexible)
- £13 per hour
