About Stoneharbour Developments:
Stoneharbour is a young and fast growing property development company based near Leatherhead in Surrey. We find old and disused commercial and industrial buildings in South West London and the surrounding counties and convert them into beautiful flats and houses.
Job Summary:
As part of our growth strategy we are looking for someone to help build our pipeline of sites by spearheading our direct to vendor site acquisition programme.
What does the job involve?
- Identifying and evaluating potential sites of interest
- Building a database of potential sites
- Carrying out background research about site owners
- Coordinating a direct mail campaign to those owners
- Handling enquiries and helping vendors through the purchase process
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Good MS Office and G Suite skills
- Experience in real estate or construction industry
- Strong numeracy skills and experience of MS Excel
- Ability to quickly pick up new software skills
Non-essential but useful skills
- Direct mail experience
- Experience in commercial property
- Experience with Xero
- Experience with Hubspot
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
