**Job Description**:
**Role Purpose**

To be responsible for all processes within relevant department and ensure adherence to defined process governance whilst supporting improvement and efficiency savings. You will also champion business process management and ensure user engagement and adherence to process whilst monitoring process control.

**Areas of Responsibility & Accountability**
- Identifies gaps in documentation
- Maintains awareness and aligns activities that affect process end-to-end and at local level
- Collates feedback on processes following governance
- Reviews and approves all relevant new processes or changes to existing processes within agreed timeframe, maintaining awareness of wider end-to-end process change impacts
- Conducts control plan management, tracking, measuring and reporting of performance data of processes
- Requests improvement suggestions regularly from team and using performance data and the DBPM to identify improvement opportunity
- Provides insight, explanation etc on processes at overview level for colleagues doing imp/tech projects

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Knowledge of creating process documentation and version standards
- Knowledge of process control
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across groups and time zones
- Highly proficient organisational and planning skills
- Team player who can work under pressure and coordinate own workload prioritizing effectively based on department goals
- Eye for detail with the ability to unpick problems to identify root causes and critical pathways
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Knowledge of operational and business processes
- Delivers L6S improvement projects to change/create new process
- Provides training on new and existing processes
- Conducts ad hoc data analysis on process or voice of customer data
- Conducts and ensures all processes are reviewed within the agreed timeframe to ensure process information is accurate, current and processes are operating efficiently and effectively
- Ensures adherence to process
- Signs off updates to process documentation
- Supports RIE / Kaizen / local improvement practice

**Role Produces**
- Work independently to deliver key outputs using lean tools
- Business process workflow documentation, best practises, methods & procedures
- Summary reports detailing outputs of key tools and/or process analysis
- VoC reports
- Ensure that there are 0 out-of-date processes
- Ensures the number of improvement suggestions submitted per year for owned processes is in line with expected average within Business
- Ensure that all processes submitted for approval are approved (or declined with reasons provided) within agreed timeframe.

**Interacts With**
- Works with departmental management teams to align process improvements with departmental priorities
- Continuous Improvement for support in best practice, lean tool use and process standards
- Senior Director of Event Operations to align process milestones with department wide direction
- Event Operations Leadership team on process requirements and improvement opportunities
- Event Operations Process Experts to ensure process standards are maintained
- Event Operations process users to ensure adherence to process and feedback submission
- Teams involved at either end of processes to ensure effective collaboration on end to end process

**Qualifications**
- Relevant Lean qualification (Ideally green belt)
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- Ability to work in matrixed organization and be a leader of peers
- Presentation skills
- Strong communicator; both verbal and written
- Preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience in the technology market intelligence business including in-depth knowledge of research processes and methodologies preferred
- Previous exposure to analytical tools and quality assurance frameworks
- English as working language
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
