**Job Description** Role Purpose**:
A cross-functional role working closely with central process and platform teams, regional shared service centres, and local commercial teams to drive continuous improvements and standardisation across O2C from a process, people and technology perspective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initial focus will be on understanding and documenting order to cash processes by regional billing team (e.g., Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East) and by product model (e.g., events, expo, media, subscriptions) with the aim to harmonise where possible.
- Key Order to Cash areas: Order Management/Processing, Billing/Invoicing, Credit, Collections, Cash Applications. Initially this role will focus on driving improvements within the Order Management/Processing and Billing/Invoicing areas. These improvements will provide the foundational improvements required for automated invoicing and enabling multi-product sales.
- The secondary focus area will be around product set up. Documenting the high-level overview of the process and key systems and functional teams involved. In depth review and optimisation of the product set up between sales and finance.
- Represent Connect at monthly BAU Dev meetings with the SAP Team. Vet any ‘Connect’ generated requests and ensure requirements are correctly translated and structured to allow for effective assessment and subsequent implementation. Support roll out & adoption changes. Act as a proxy product owner where necessary to plan and prioritise work.
- Organise and lead monthly check-in meetings with regional SSCs which are focused on reducing order rejection rates, improving data quality, and building relationships to ensure best practice between sales and billing, credit control, and cash collections.
- Support projects run by the Transformation Team by influencing and making decisions in the O2C space which maintain alignment with the existing Connect O2C processes. Identify key business impacts and business readiness activities to support the business in successful change.

**Qualifications** Skills/Experience**:

- Experienced in process analysis and successful implementation of the improvements.
- Experience with change management and/or ERP implementation and governance.
