**About the opportunity**

Arup are currently on a journey to implement Oracle HCM Fusion and will be going live with the Recruitment and Onboarding module and functionality later this year.

The Global Process Owner for the Recruitment and Onboarding module will form part of the Global People System team and report into the Global Head of People Systems and Process.

The Global Process Owner for the Recruitment and Onboarding module and functionality will be required to lead and coordinate the business process design, future process changes and alignment, take ownership of the business roadmap and aligning to the Oracle product roadmaps, complete upgrade analysis, and leads the Region SMEs on new additions and changes to functionality and process, understanding the behavioral change and training required.

The Global Process Owner (Recruitment and Onboarding) will work closely with the other Global Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts from the People, Finance and Digital Technology function areas, across Arup’s 5’s regions.

**You will make an impact in the role by**:
This role serves as the global process owner for the Oracle HCM Fusion Recruitment and Onboarding module, responsible for owning and defining the global business process and functionality across the firm.

This includes understanding the interfaces with other global people processes within the employee lifecycle, clarifying business requirements in the Recruitment and Onboarding space, and ensuring that these are met through process design. Additionally, this role leads on global process design and redesign, identifying change impacts where business requirements are not met, and defines, coordinates, conducts, and signs off the testing for the Recruitment and Onboarding module functionality.

The role also supports the Global Training Lead on training required to upskill and land any new or updated requirements successfully, while managing an internal network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) aligned to the Recruitment and Onboarding module and functionality, ensuring global compliance to process design and framework.

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience using Oracle HCM Fusion is essential.
- Proven experience of working in a multiple site and matrix working environment.
- Previous experience as a Oracle HCM fusion process owner or Business Analyst
- Experience of advising and influencing senior leadership.
- Proven ability to build, develop and sustain effective working relationships at all levels and specifically with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage relationships with personal and professional credibility.
- Experience of working with 3rd party providers to deliver service into an organisation.
- Proven track record of People operational delivery.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
