Senior Administrator

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting one of our major clients in **Dungannon** with the recruitment of a **Senior Administrator **to join their expanding team.
This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.
This is a Monday - Friday position.
**Salary**
£26,000 - £29,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining SHEQ information on Sharepoint.
- Support the site teams with the preparation of paperwork.
- Organise, prepare for, attend and minute SHEQ Meetings.
- Support with the preparation of audits, both on site and external.
- Minute taking, setting up files, documentation etc.
- Distribute and replenish PPE stock.
- Any other duties to commensurate with this role.
**The Ideal Person**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative role.
- Significant IT literacy & experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Experience and competency in SharePoint, MS Forms & Teams would be an advantage however training can be provided.
- A full driving licence and access to own car would be essential.
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Experience within the Construction or Engineering sectors.
