**Options Autism are hiring Support Workers in the Ludlow area**
**Meet up in Kidderminster and be transported to the site and back again after your shift**
**NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT NEEDED NO DRIVING LICENCE NEEDED**
**Role Support Worker**
**Salary: *£25,272.00 per annum (plus additional sleep-in allowance paid)**
**Hours: Full-time, Permanent **(**40 hours per week, varied shift patterns**)
**Location: Ludlow, Shropshire**

We are looking to add to our growing team at Overton School, Overton School provides specialist education and support for young people between the ages of 11- 18. This is a nurturing and therapeutic setting comprising of a school for Autistic individuals, learning disabilities and other complex needs, residing on the same site as a home accommodating up to 12 young people.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of the young people we support, their families and their interactions with the local community. Our homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences - for those we look after and for everyone in our team
Overton School is based in Ludlow and is within commuting distance of Newtown, Leominster, Bridgnorth, Kidderminster, Telford, Hereford, Shrewsbury and surrounding towns and villages.
Options Autism are Specialists in Education and Therapy for young people with autistic spectrum conditions, learning difficulties, complex behaviour associated with autism and anxiety and mental health needs.
- ** **_Basic Salary is paid at £12.15 per hour (£25,272.00 per annum) if you achieve your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within twelve months of beginning your employment. If you do not achieve this within the timeframe above your salary will revert to £10.82 per hour (£22,505.60 per annum) until you gain the qualification. Terms and Conditions apply._
