About the Role:
As a Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in various care settings, including residential, nursing, and supported living services. Your role will involve providing person-centred care to clients with diverse needs and requirements.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver care and support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, mobility, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in healthcare, with a strong understanding of care principles and practices.
  • A valid DBS check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
