Salary Information

The hourly rate for this role starts at £11.44ph, with accrued holiday pay added on top. This provides a competitive compensation package that reflects the demands of the position.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers & HCA's to cover assignments in residential, nursing, supported living, and other healthcare services. Immediate employment opportunities are available throughout Shropshire, offering flexible hours to suit individual needs.

We are looking for motivated, honest, and approachable candidates who possess 6 months minimum experience in healthcare. A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will also be willing to carry out personal care requirements and be flexible around day/night shift and weekend work.
