As Research Assistant you undertake duties such as literature review, obtaining data, data cleaning and modelling, as well as contributing to the final report to the funding body.

You should hold a master’s level degree in a relevant discipline with expertise in data collection and quantitative analysis. Experience in a research project in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or comparable area is desirable but not essential.

Salary will be at the appropriate point on Grade 5, £29,619 - £33,314 per annum (pro-rata) with placement according to qualifications and experience.

This post does not meet the minimum requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. We are therefore unable to consider applicants for this post that require sponsorship to work in the UK.
