**Office Administrator | Permanent |Tring | £19k - £22k**

Our client based is recruiting an Office Administrator with good Customer Service skills to start as soon as possible. This position has a lot of opportunity for growth within the company and training will be offered relevant to the position for successful progression as the company expands.

Office hours are 8am - 6pm working based on one Office Administrator and one Tech Support Engineer working one week 8am - 4pm then one week 10am - 6pm. When there is only one administrator working it will be 9am - 5pm. There is a degree of flexibility to this arrangement. Due to the location of this role, you must be a car driver to reach the office daily

**The responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for answering the majority of calls which come through to the office, as well as making outgoing calls and responding to customers enquiries.
- Office experience is not necessary although a confident telephone manner is essential
- You must have an eye for detail and a methodical system of working would be advantageous
- An interest in social media may prove useful going forward

**The skills needed**:

- Calm disposition when working under pressure
- Well organised, good time management and able to keep track of tasks in hand and ensure they are completed while being interrupted by the telephone
- Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Suites on the new build developments
- Dealing with inbound customer service calls / directing them appropriately
- Signing new customers up - no cold calling, all calls will be in response to a customer enquiry
- Arranging installation and fault resolution appointments liaising with the engineering team
- Adding new customers to the appropriate CRM systems
- Maintaining and updating records of new, existing and leaving customers across our systems
- Taking payment details from customers
- Checking and reviewing invoices
- General office admin - dealing with the post, couriers, preparing and packing shipments
- Keeping calendars up to date, filing and general office organisation
- Assisting with the ordering and tracking of materials / supplies / equipment for the engineering team and customers
