**Job Title**:Office Administrator

**Summary**

Critical role in a small team to support the growth of a Property Services business, providing support and coordination to all administrative tasks. Main point of contact will be the Office Manager.

**Main Duties**

**Administrative Duties** (Reporting to: Office Manager)
- General administrative support to the office
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Assisting with the management of company vehicles including updating vehicle tracker, insurance, tax, repairs etc
- Oversee expense reconciliation via Pleo
- Manage training records
- Manage holiday requests / approval process - via Breathe HR
- Phone and answerphone monitoring
- Assist with day-today running of the office
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Office Manager

- Organised with great attention to detail
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to be proactive and prioritise effectively
