Lightspeed is looking for a Support Trainer to join the team in our Belfast Office. Reporting to the Manager for Training & Quality, you will design and deliver professional, easy-to-follow training to our Support teams, helping them with the technical and soft skills required to provide an exceptional customer experience.

**What you'll be doing**:
First, you will get full training on our tools and products and have shadowing sessions with the team. Once you're up to (Light)speed, your primary responsibilities will be:

- Designing and facilitating a range of learning programs to be delivered in person and virtually
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
- Working with the team managers and quality team to identify skills and knowledge gaps
- Carrying out capability assessments across the organisation
- Delivering one-on-one training for professional development
- Contributing to the delivery of the training strategy across the organisation
- Championing a learning culture in the organisation

**What you need to bring**:

- Instructional solid design skills, with experience using digital authoring tools. We use Articulate 360.
- Proven ability to use technology to create learning resources across a range of media and for a variety of audiences
- A strong level of autonomy with the ability to drive projects with limited guidance
- Strong collaboration skills to work on projects across departments and time zones
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment

**Even better if you have, but not necessary**:

- Experience delivering training in a contact centre environment
- Familiarity with mac OS and iPad
