Reporting to the training manager, our Marine division have an exciting opportunity to bring on board a Trainer/Auditor on a permanent basis at our Dunmurry, Belfast site.

You, as our Trainer Auditor deliver service technician training and assess service technician competence. You will support Master Trainers to drive continuous improvement across all stages of the training cycle, from training needs analysis through to measuring the impact of training. You will carry out site audits for assigned sites, assessing compliance with OEM and production regulation and adherence to service standards.

**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Understand all steps in the training cycle; advises service managers and technicians on how to get the most from personal development opportunities
- Gather information from the business to support Master Trainers to continuously improve Survitec service technician training
- Deliver training effectively, breaking down training topics into manageable building blocks, managing their pace and complexity of topic with the skills base and language needs of their audience
- Work with training coordinator to maintain training records, issue and record certificates
- Carry out training records audits, ensuring information held is up to date and accurate, flagging any requirements for refresher
- When schedule allows, carry out service technician duties according to process and standard, demonstrating on-going and up to date operational skills; take part in personal skills reviews and formal assessments to maintain own competence record
- Utilise practical work experience to review and update key processes, standards and training content
- Work with QHSE team to understand scope and schedule of service station audits and the range of service operations processes, standards and KPIs for review
- Carry out site audits to schedule. Identify instances of non-conformance or non-compliance, reports and escalates appropriately and works with local teams to problem solve and continuously improve within own areas of expertise
- Assist with service operations incident investigation and implements actions from incident and incident management learning

Desirable Criteria:

- Subject matter experience to a fully competent level
- Previous experience working as a Trainer
