Are you a qualified Nurse or ODP with theatre experience, seeking a new challenge in the Medical Device sector?

Our client is a blue-chip Medical Device organisation that are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical support for the Sales Representatives across the South of the UK to accelerate pathway and product implementation for their leading Advanced Surgery portfolio.

You will also provide training and education to Healthcare Professionals on the use of the products to ensure optimum patient outcomes.

**Ideal Requirement**
- Qualified Nurse or ODP with theatre experience.
- Able to demonstrate experience working in or around the Healthcare Sector.
- Strong clinical background or able to demonstrate high level of knowledge aligned to relevant therapy area (desirable).
- Private company experience would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals across South of the UK and to head office when required. Time away from home will be a requirement (driving licence required).

**Role Responsibilities**
- Train and educate Healthcare professionals on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of Surgery products and educational programmes to ensure optimum patient outcomes.
- Supporting clinical and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector (working with the Commercial Manager).
- Support with surgical pathway implementation and the imbedding of products through change management.
- Develop collaborative relationships through customer support and clinical differentiation.
- Support in data collection and accurate reporting of clinical projects.
- Regular interaction with local and National team/peer group to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support and sharing best practice.
- Work in partnership with the local Commercial Manager & Account Managers to develop, implement and review project plans that are aligned to a national value strategy.
- Flexible mindset to thrive in a constantly changing external environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
- The use of the CRM system to support planning, evaluation, and implementation of set projects. Adhere to company minimum standards appropriate to role.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in day-to-day activities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good presentation skills.
- Flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
